Penny Black Saturday #206 ~ 5 Circles...

Morning! We have a 'circle' challenge for you today at Penny Black Saturday.....inspired by the upcoming Olympics we would love to see 5 circles on your cards :)

I have used a sketch from one of my favourite sketch challenge blogs - Sweet Sketch Wednesday......it fitted this week's challenge perfectly :) Thanks girls!!

I have'nt used my PB teddy stamps for a while so I had to use this cute pair......coloured with promarkers and prismas and the papers are all freebies from a magazine.

I have cheated a little with my 5 circles :) 1 large one for the image and the 2 smaller ones are matted making 5 circles :)

I do like these colours together!

The prize this week is a fabulous 5 packs of animal print Card Candi from Craftwork Cards......love these new printed candi......so much fun!!

Penny Black Saturday #205 ~ Red, White & Blue

Morning! We have a colour combo challenge today over at Penny Black Saturday :)

To celebrate the Diamond Jubilee.......we would love to see your cards in......

Red, White & Blue....

I have seen lots of cards in these colours at the moment :) and it does make a lovely colour combo.......looks great on both mens cards and girly cards :)

I have used 'Fly Away' from Penny Black for my card and coloured with promarkers in red, white and blue. The papers are from the Portobello Road range from Docrafts.

Penny Black Saturday #204 ~ CASE It......Kath

Morning! It's our regular CASE It challenge today over at....

Penny Black Saturday :)

This week we have Kath's beautiful card to take inspiration from.....

I have used Kath's fab card design but used completely different colours :)

Love this little piggy and the heart balloons!

I have coloured the image with promarkers, used some freebie papers and mini brads for embellishments. I have popped up the balloons with 3-d foam pads.

Penny Black Saturday #203 ~ Monochrome Magic....

Morning! I am a bit late posting today......been to B & Q early to get my bedding plants.....Buy 1 get 1 free, so lots of lovely plants for my garden to plant now :)

Anyway back to today's card! This week's challenge over at Penny Black Saturday is ~

'Monochrome Magic'....

We would love to see cards in shades of one colour :)

I have used PB 'Sparklers' again......stamped in black with stickles added to the centres for some sparkle.......I thought it matched the sentiment well!

Finished with the butterflies and gems......a quick card :) It's been too nice to craft this week!!

This week's prize is 4 rolls of gorgeous Bakers Twine from Fantastic Ribbons :)

Penny Black Saturday #202 - Recycle....

Morning! Time for a brand new challenge over at Penny Black Saturday.....

this week we would love to see your creations using something recycled :)

I have used a page from an old (well read) paperback on the shelf......and used it to create a background for the stunning floral stamp from PB called Sundial.

I thought the B & W would work well with the bold yellow :)

I glued down the book pages 1st and embossed the whole mat with a damask embossing folder from Sizzix. The flower is coloured with promarkers and prismas and I have 3-d some petals for more dimension.

We have a lovely prize of essential crafty goodies for one lucky winner from the girls on the DT.....gorgeous flowers, ribbons, pearls and gems :)

I have used a hedgie again!! Love this one in the watering can......I have coloured with promarkers and prismas to co-ordinate with the blue/green papers and added some butterflies into the garden :)

Penny Black Saturday #200 ~ Case It - Me!

Morning! It's our regular 'Case It' challenge this week over at Penny Black Saturday!

This month it's my turn to share a card for you all to case :)

Here is the card I chose......

As you can see I cased my own card shape & layout, but changed the theme and colours :)

I have used a cute PB hedgie called 'Buzz in the Air' and one of my favourite colour combos of purple and green. I have 3-d the flower and bees!

The punched corners are a pansy MS punch.
