The paper is Papermania 'Spring Burst' and I have used Coredinations Whitewash card for the scalloped circle. The sentiment was also part of the free stamp :0) I think it will get used a lot!

Daisy on Cupcake....

Another 3 in 1 challenge card today! There's just so many great challenges I just dont have the time to do them all individually!! It does get you thinking when you try and combine them though :0)

I have used the following challenges for this card -

Layout is Sketch #74 from Sketch Saturday
Spots & Stripes for PaperTakeWeekly
Kitchen/Cooking themed project for A Spoonfull of Sugar

I have stamped the cute 'Daisy sitting pretty' from Squiggle Stamps and used the masking technique to sit her atop this yummy choc orange cupcake!!

The image is coloured with promarkers and the papers are Making Memories (I think?) The flowers were cut from the patterned paper and I stamped a mini cupcake to carry on the theme :0)

Much better day here today! Nice autumn sunshine :) It's one extreme to another!!

Miss Clause!

I have had a lovely crafty morning with Claire today, drinking tea and colouring images!! Claire kindly stamped me a few images inc. this Miss Clause image from Sugar Nellie :0) So I coloured it straightaway for the SugarBowl challenge!

Challenge #22 is a wonderful sketch by Kathy :) I have coloured the image with promarkers and all the fur trims have been stickled. The paper is from a Daisy & Dandelion paper pad and the cardstock is SU.
I have used a cuttlebug snowflake for the circle element and the please inc. option is lace, I dont have any lace :( so I have used my Martha Stewart Doily Lace punch instead, I hope this is ok?

It's not stopped raining here since this morning :( so a good excuse to stay cosy indoors and craft!!

Hope it's drier wherever you are :0) Thanks for looking xx

Passion for Promarkers #22 - Forest Green & Poppy as chosed by Claire GDT :0)

I have used a new stamp set I bought at the w/e called Santa & Penguin by 'Craft UK', the sentiment was also included.
I have coloured the image in the following colours -

Skin - Ivory, Blush & Pastel Pink
Outfit - Poppy & Crimson
Tree - Bright Green, Grass and Forest Green

The panels I have run through the cuttlebug using snow dots? and swiss dots. To give a little definition to the image and sentiment I have added glitter all around the edges! There is also a little on Santa's outfit.

Squiggle Samples!

Here are a couple of cards I have made with my Squiggle Stamps! For this 1st card I have used the gorgeous wedding cake stamp from the 'Whimsical Occasions' collection. My cuttlebug came in very handy! I used 2 embossing folders - divine swirl and swiss dots and also my rectangle nesties for the image and scalloped mat. I have kept to a simple/neutral colour scheme and simply added the gems and a sentiment from a Crafters Companion set to finish :0)

This card features the adorable 'Oscar with Frame', he comes with 4 different sentiments to use in the frame or you could add your own handwritten greeting.
I have coloured him with promarkers and the papers are a mix of DCWV and Papermania. I have doodled around the edges and added some fab metal buttons I found in a local shop which was 'button heaven'! Thousands of buttons to choose from, I will be going back!!

Do check back tomorrow as I have some CANDY!

Just for You Bear...

A card using my new promarker colours!! It suited the sketch perfectly ;0)

I have used this very cute FF bear image kindly sent to me by Tammi, thanks Tammi x I have coloured it the following -

Bear - Apricot and Oatmeal following this week's PFP tutorial :)
Tag & Bow - Amber & Pumpkin
Flowers - Buttercup & Tulip Yellow
Box - Tea Green & Grey Green (love the new greens!)

The papers are MME Bloom & Grow and the sentiment is a freebie from a Docrafts magazine, I have used it a lot!!

I'm busy working on some Squiggle samples so I will share them in the next couple of days, I will also be offering some fab blog candy kindly given to me by Tracy of Squiggle Stamps and adding a few wee extras to celebrate me reaching 10,000 hits!

Happy Cardmaking Day :0)

Happy Crafting everyone!! This card I made for a swap to celebrate World Cardmaking Day on the Docrafts forum. My swap partner received it today so that was good timing!!

I have used the wonderful sketch by Ute85 from the Stamp with Fun challenge blog. Great sketch and one I will be using again and again!

The image is a Fairy Doodles cutie I received from Tammi in a swap, thanks Tammi x

I have coloured the image with promarkers and added some clear glitter to the wings and flowers. The papers are Papermania 'Spring Burst', one of my favourites and rapidly running out!! Must look out for more if they are still available :)

The round sentiment was a freebie on a Docrafts magazine and I layered up the flowers and added a button to finish!

Hope everyone's having a great crafting weekend, mine started well as I received the new promarker colours this morning!!!! they're fab and I have been busy trying them out :0)
