Ho Ho Ho!!!

A 3 in 1 card today!!I have combined the following challenges -

Passion for Promarkers #22 - Forest Green & Poppy as chosed by Claire GDT :0)
Spoonfull Of Sugar #74 - Fab sketch by Debbie
Colour Create #30 - An all White card except for the stamped image

I have used a new stamp set I bought at the w/e called Santa & Penguin by 'Craft UK', the sentiment was also included.
I have coloured the image in the following colours -

Skin - Ivory, Blush & Pastel Pink
Outfit - Poppy & Crimson
Tree - Bright Green, Grass and Forest Green
Penguin, Boots and Belt - Ice Grey 1 & 2 Cool Grey 2, 3 & 4
Outlining - Cool Aqua

The panels I have run through the cuttlebug using snow dots? and swiss dots. To give a little definition to the image and sentiment I have added glitter all around the edges! There is also a little on Santa's outfit.
Well it's cheered me up making this Christmas card as it's pouring with rain and miserable outside!!! I think I would prefer snow!!

Rock Star!!!

Ooh it's good to be back crafting after my hols!! I have finally managed to get this card put together this afternoon :0) I have had the image coloured and all the papers ready etc. since the weekend but no time to get sticking!
I have used one of the fabulous new stamps from Squiggle Stamps called 'You Rock' I love it!! I have teamed him with papers from DCWV, love the bright colours and the sentiment is one from the 'Oscar with Frame' stamp set.
I have coloured the image with promarkers to match the papers and dug out some brightly coloured eyelets to finish, I have'nt used them in ages :0)
The layout is this week's sketch #73 from Friday Sketchers, great sketch and perfect for using up small scraps!
I have more images coloured ready and waiting to get made into cards!! so do call back :0)

Squiggle Samples!

Here are a couple of cards I have made with my Squiggle Stamps! For this 1st card I have used the gorgeous wedding cake stamp from the 'Whimsical Occasions' collection. My cuttlebug came in very handy! I used 2 embossing folders - divine swirl and swiss dots and also my rectangle nesties for the image and scalloped mat. I have kept to a simple/neutral colour scheme and simply added the gems and a sentiment from a Crafters Companion set to finish :0)

This card features the adorable 'Oscar with Frame', he comes with 4 different sentiments to use in the frame or you could add your own handwritten greeting.
I have coloured him with promarkers and the papers are a mix of DCWV and Papermania. I have doodled around the edges and added some fab metal buttons I found in a local shop which was 'button heaven'! Thousands of buttons to choose from, I will be going back!!

Do check back tomorrow as I have some CANDY!

Just for You Bear...

A card using my new promarker colours!! I love them :0) I have used the wonderful sketch #72 by Tanja for Friday Sketchers for the layout and because it features different shapes I am entering into the Passion for Promarkers challenge #20 which is any colours and a recipe of 3 shapes, 2 papers and 1 ribbon. It suited the sketch perfectly ;0)

I have used this very cute FF bear image kindly sent to me by Tammi, thanks Tammi x I have coloured it the following -

Bear - Apricot and Oatmeal following this week's PFP tutorial :)
Tag & Bow - Amber & Pumpkin
Flowers - Buttercup & Tulip Yellow
Box - Tea Green & Grey Green (love the new greens!)

The papers are MME Bloom & Grow and the sentiment is a freebie from a Docrafts magazine, I have used it a lot!!

I'm busy working on some Squiggle samples so I will share them in the next couple of days, I will also be offering some fab blog candy kindly given to me by Tracy of Squiggle Stamps and adding a few wee extras to celebrate me reaching 10,000 hits!

Thanks for looking xx

Happy Cardmaking Day :0)

Happy Crafting everyone!! This card I made for a swap to celebrate World Cardmaking Day on the Docrafts forum. My swap partner received it today so that was good timing!!

I have used the wonderful sketch by Ute85 from the Stamp with Fun challenge blog. Great sketch and one I will be using again and again!

The image is a Fairy Doodles cutie I received from Tammi in a swap, thanks Tammi x

I have coloured the image with promarkers and added some clear glitter to the wings and flowers. The papers are Papermania 'Spring Burst', one of my favourites and rapidly running out!! Must look out for more if they are still available :)

The round sentiment was a freebie on a Docrafts magazine and I layered up the flowers and added a button to finish!

Hope everyone's having a great crafting weekend, mine started well as I received the new promarker colours this morning!!!! they're fab and I have been busy trying them out :0)
